Each sleep cycle lasts from 90 to 100 minutes, and often the person reaches the depth during his sleep during the third or fourth stage, and at this stage it is difficult to wake the person due to falling asleep, and if he wakes up he feels dizzy that accompanies him for up to a few minutes, and children go deeper, especially during sleep. An hour or two, and if they had trouble walking during sleep, they would walk for thirty minutes.
