Fenugreek and yeast recipe

Half a cup of fenugreek is boiled, then grinded, adding a little yeast to it, then mixing them well, applying the mixture on the legs, leaving it for five hours, then washing them with warm water, and repeating the use of the recipe.


Oils recipe

Mix an amount of rosemary oil with fenugreek oil and black seed oil in a bowl, then put it in an airtight jar, and use it by applying a sufficient amount of it on the legs, and leave it for six hours.


Yeast recipe with milk and honey

Mix an amount of honey with a quantity of yeast and milk in a bowl, then add an amount of baking powder, mix it well to obtain a homogeneous mixture, then apply it on the legs, leave it for three hours, then wash them with lukewarm water.


Cow's milk

Put a cup of cow's milk in a bowl, add three tablespoons of sugar, a cup of ghee, and half a tablespoon of salt, mix it well, and form it into a paste, then apply it on the legs, leave it for two hours, then wash them with lukewarm water.


Tips for fattening legs

  • Avoid doing some types of exercise, such as cardio, running, swimming, and cycling, because they contribute to burning a lot of calories.
  • Avoid the interest in training a specific type of leg muscles on a regular basis to treat the problem of thinning legs, but be careful to diversify training for the muscles of the legs, to increase the chance of building them.
  • Eat a large amount of calories by eating foods rich in them, such as whole grains, vegetables, meats and fruits.
  • Avoid eating fatty, unhealthy and fast food foods that contribute to feelings of laziness.
  • Eat foods rich in protein, as they help increase muscle size, such as fish, eggs and meats.
