Put four teaspoons of each of: sesame, hazelnuts, walnuts, chickpeas, coarsely chopped almonds, rough chopped peanuts, and finely chopped chestnuts in a saucepan over a fire and stir until the ingredients are browned, then remove them from the heat, and add them to a cup of curd and mix them Then, drink the mixture once a day.
