How to clean the skin

Facial Wash

The skin should be cleaned and moisturized daily, where care must be taken to wash the face twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening before going to sleep, then apply a moisturizer and toner to the skin, as the toner helps remove the effects of oils, traces of make-up, and dirt. Moisturizing is essential for oily skin, in addition to that, care should be taken to purchase a moisturizer that is appropriate for your skin type. [1]


Peeling skin

There are three types of skin peeling, which are: deep peeling, medium peeling, and superficial peeling, where alpha-hydroxy-beta peeling is used for superficial peeling to peel the surface layer of the skin, while deep peeling is done under general anesthesia, and medium peeling is used in which a higher concentration of glycolic acid is used. Glycerin

It is recommended to use glycerin for the skin , as it is considered an antiseptic that helps get rid of the dirt and dust accumulated in the layers of the skin, and it can be used by mixing a tablespoon of glycerin with three tablespoons of milk well, then wipe the mixture on the face gently, and leave it overnight. Lemon and yogurt

Lemon and yogurt lotion cleans oily skin or skin prone to acne, as yogurt adjusts the pH of the skin, and lemon is anti-infection, and this lotion treats spots, scars, and unwanted skin discoloration caused by sunlight, and it can be prepared by mixing a spoonful of Yogurt with a few drops of lemon juice, and put the mixture on the face, leave it for a few minutes until absorbed by the skin, then wash it with water. Lemon juice and sugar

This recipe is effective in peeling the skin, and it can be prepared by mixing an equal amount of lemon juice and sugar, then distributing the mixture on the skin, rubbing it with the tips of the fingers in circular motions to clean the skin, leaving it for 10-12 minutes, then washing it, and the recipe can be repeated once a week .
