The face should be washed when waking up in the morning, and before bed as well, and after heavy sweating, as washing the face before going to bed helps remove bacteria and germs such as dust, smoke, and dirt that have accumulated on the skin during the day. To remove the dirt and bacteria that have accumulated on the face during sleep, where the face is gently washed by moistening it with lukewarm water, then applying a mild face soap to the skin in circular motions using the fingertips, then rinse the cleanser completely and gently pat with a clean towel on the face until it is completely dry. High levels of stress can stimulate the emergence of many skin problems and diseases such as eczema and acne, in addition to some skin diseases such as psoriasis, so it is always recommended to do activities that relieve stress. [1]

Smoking reduces blood flow to the outer layers of the skin, as it narrows the small blood vessels in them, which in turn leads to the depletion of oxygen and nutrients important to the health of the skin, and it also contributes to the appearance of wrinkles, which makes the skin appear older, and it depletes collagen and elastin. In the skin, they are the fibers that give skin strength and elasticity. [2]


Avoid exposure to heat sources

Approaching heat sources can cause skin inflammation , and can damage collagen in the skin, so you should not be exposed to heat sources directly. [3]


Cleaning of makeup tools

Make-up tools should be cleaned permanently, as doctors recommend washing foundation brushes once a week, in order to reduce infection and clogging of pores, as for brushes that are used around the eyes, it is recommended to wash them twice a month, and with regard to other brushes, it is recommended to wash them once a month. Brushes by placing a drop of shampoo in the palm of the hand, and then wet the bristles of the brush with lukewarm water, and rub the bristles with the palm of the hand to distribute the shampoo on the brush, and you should avoid wetting the metal part or the base of the brush, because this causes the bristles of the brush to fall out due to the softening of the glue at the base of the brush Then, rinse the shampoo brush with water and press it with a towel to filter the water from it, and set it aside to dry. Moisturizing

To moisturize the skin well, it is recommended to drink eight cups of water a day, as the lack of water in the body can make the skin look less bright, and doctors always suggest choosing moisturizing products such as: cleansers, moisturizers, and anti-aging products. [3]
