Healthy eating is one of the best things that can be adhered to to prevent and combat many health problems, such as: heart disease, high blood pressure, type II diabetes, and some types of cancer, It should be noted here that the need to maintain body hydration through Drinking eight to ten glasses of water a day. Because it does not contain any calories, unlike other drinks that contain many calories.

The human brain and mind by nature tend to achieve goals, and a person usually gains more confidence in his ability to succeed after achieving each goal, for example a person can set a short-term administrative goal represented by continuous work for half an hour continuously without tampering with the phone, or responding to all Mailing messages at a specific time, or a big goal of losing twenty kilograms of weight.
It is advisable to take care to train the mind to see positive and negative things; Because the human mind tends by its nature to focus on negative matters, giving them importance, unlike what it does with positive things, and Dr. Heidi Ryder indicated that studies show that negative events affect people five times more than positive events, while they should also focus on Positive things that happen to them; For example: Instead of saying: (I have made myself a fool in front of everyone), we can say: (My team realized that I am a human being, which will strengthen our relationship together).
A person can train his mind to see things in all their negative and positive aspects in times of calm by remembering the difficult events that he faced in his life, and the things that turned into positive things later. This helps build a reflexive capacity to see upcoming problems as challenges rather than as disasters.
