Coconut has skin laxative properties, thanks to its saturated fatty acids that naturally fill the spaces between skin cells, making it soft and smooth, and it can also be used daily for the most sensitive parts of the body, including the area around the eyes and around the mouth. As there is no need to mix it with another ingredient; It is gentle enough for daily use. [2]


Honey

Honey contains several benefits for the skin , it maintains its moisture, makes it smooth, and it renews the cells to make the skin look younger and more vibrant, by mixing two tablespoons of honey, with two teaspoons of milk, then applying the mixture on the face for ten minutes. [3]


Avocado

Avocado contains more than twenty-five elements of essential nutrients and vitamins, in addition to proteins and oils that rejuvenate the skin and make its texture smooth, as it can be used simply by mashing and applying it to the face for a quarter of an hour. [3]


Face moisturizing rules

There are some simple and important rules that must be followed to moisturize the face, and they are: [4]

  • Moisturizing the face immediately after washing it.
  • Follow gentle movements in applying moisturizer, avoiding pressure on the face or pulling downwards, but applying it with light patting, starting from the neck and up towards the forehead.
  • Moisturizing the face twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, provided that the evening moisturizer is applied thirty minutes before going to sleep so that it is well absorbed by the skin.
