Sea salt is used to moisturize very dry skin. Where it can be used by adding a cup of salt to a basin of warm water and soaking the part to be moisturized for at least 20 minutes, in order to nourish dry skin, and a cup of coarse salt can be mixed with a quarter cup of glycerin and applied to the face with rubbing softly, and from Then rinse it off with warm water. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil can be used as a moisturizer and softener for the skin, by applying it directly to the skin in all areas of the body , and it can also be applied after getting out of the shower, and coconut oil is considered greasy, so it is recommended to mix it with aloe vera gel and use it for the body. Turmeric

Turmeric powder can be used for skin care as it is rich in anti-inflammatory agents that contribute to softening the skin, and turmeric can be used through the following recipe: [3]

  • Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with one teaspoon of rice flour (for oily skin) or oats (for dry or mature skin) with three tablespoons of regular yogurt.
  • Apply the mixture on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse it off with water.
  • It is recommended to repeat this process once a week.


Coffee

Coffee is one of the nutrients that naturally soften the skin. Where it can be used for dry places such as elbows, knees and feet, by applying coffee residues and rubbing them on the affected skin area, and caffeine is considered a substance that improves the appearance of the skin. It improves the condition of the puffy eyes, and reduces the appearance of cellulite on the skin, and coffee can be used by mixing half a cup of sugar granules with two tablespoons of coffee residue and a quarter cup of sweet almond oil, and then massaging this mixture on the whole body, especially on the elbows and knees, And then wash it with water.
