  • Avoid smoking, and avoid alcohol.
  • Sleeping enough time, equivalent to eight hours a day.
  • Eat adequate amounts of fruits, such as kiwis, and mangoes.
  • Use warm compresses by placing them on the lower back and abdomen, as they help relieve labor pain.
  • Drink enough water and fluids.
