the ingredients:

  • A third of a cup of water.
  • Three quarters of a cup of milk.
  • A teaspoon of the following ingredients:
    • Cinnamon.
    • Ginger.
    • Curry.


How to prepare:

  • Boil water on the fire, and then add ginger and cinnamon.
  • Pour the milk into the previous mixture, and mix the ingredients well.
  • Have a drink before you go to bed.
Note: Curry should not be added to the mixture in case of pregnancy, or some heart or kidney disease, among others.


Cinnamon mixture

the ingredients:

  • A teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  • Two cups of water.
  • Cinnamon stick for decoration.
  • Three tablespoons of sugar.
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of the following ingredients:
    • Clove powder.
    • Nutmeg.


How to prepare:

  • Add sugar to the water, and stir it until melted.
  • Add the other ingredients to the water, and then put the resulting mixture on a medium heat until it boils.
  • Reduce the heat under the saucepan, and let the ingredients boil for an additional five minutes.
  • Filter the drink, decorate it with cinnamon stick, and then serve it directly.


Lemon mixture

  • 2 sticks of cinnamon.
  • A teaspoon of grated fresh ginger.
  • A teaspoon of cumin beans.
  • A glass of water.
