The benefits of soft drinks
Drinking soft drinks in moderation may have some beneficial effects on the body, and here are some of its benefits: 
Caffeine is a stimulant and is present in soft drinks. It has several benefits, but too much of it may affect health. Among the benefits of caffeine is that it stimulates the nervous system, modifies mood, relieves headache pain, and breaks down fatty acids in the liver. Prone to Parkinson's disease, cirrhosis , colon cancer, and gallstones.
Carbonated water is the main ingredient in soft drinks, and it has been shown to have a benefit in relieving nausea, constipation and stomach pain.
Sodium is another ingredient found in soft drinks, and the benefit of sodium is that it retains water in the body, prevents muscle cramps, reduces the effects of aging, and prevents a decrease in blood pressure.
Harmful consumption of fizzy drinks
The average consumption of these drinks may not affect health, but drinking them regularly is unhealthy, so reducing drinking them or eliminating them permanently from the diet is the best way to get rid of the health problems related to them.
