Honey and beer yeast recipe

Mix a quarter cup of beer yeast powder and two tablespoons of honey in a bowl, then apply the mixture on the nose, leave it for at least two hours, and then wash it with water, and it is preferable to repeat the process at least three times a week.


Apple cider vinegar, ginger and toothpaste recipe

Mix a quarter cup of each of: ginger powder, apple cider vinegar, and toothpaste in a bowl to make the mixture homogeneous, then apply the mixture on the nose, and leave it for two hours or until it dries up completely, and then wash it with water, and it is preferable to repeat the process twice a week.

Put a quarter cup of each of: ginger powder and toothpaste in a bowl and mix, then apply the mixture on the nose, leave it for at least sixty minutes, then wash it with water, and then apply apple oil to it, and it is preferable to repeat the process three times a week.

  • Smile, making sure to lift the nose from the bottom up, and it is preferable to repeat the exercise thirty times at least.
