  • It is at this stage that the juice is extracted.
  • Filter and filter the extracted juice.
  • Concentrate the juice, and add citric acid to it.
  • Filtration of the resulting substance from the concentration.
  • Lowering the temperature which is called air cooling.
  • Sorting, packing, and labeling honey.
