We put two liters of water on a medium heat, add the peel of a kilogram of lemon to it, and leave it on the fire for half an hour until it boils completely, and then raise it, remove the peel from it, and mix the water with a quantity of lemon juice, and then keep it in a clean bottle inside the refrigerator , And we take a cup of it before eating the main meals.
