Body Scrub

It is a body exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, including blackheads, and it is one of the most important methods of skin care. Scrub works to soften, moisturize and lighten the skin, in addition to it stimulates the blood circulation as well, as it nourishes the skin and gives it a wonderful shine.

Body scrubs are available in all pharmacies, but you can prepare a preparation for body scrub at home in a variety of different ways. In this article, we will learn about ways to prepare a body scrub with materials that are available in every home.

Apricot scrap

We will need two tablespoons of baby shampoo, one teaspoon of castor oil, one teaspoon of apricot oil available in pharmacies and herbal stores, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of ground almonds, and finally add one teaspoon of beeswax.

First, we dissolve the beeswax in a pot over the fire, add castor oil and apricot oil to it, then remove the mixture from the heat, then add salt, almonds and baby shampoo and stir them well until they mix with each other. After that, we take the mixture and massage it over the entire body, then wash it with lukewarm water.

Coconut scrap

We'll only need coconut oil, sugar, and cinnamon. If the coconut oil is solid, we can dissolve it by putting it in boiling water, and it will dissolve immediately. We put coconut oil in a deep bowl, and add the amount of sugar to it, and here it must be taken into account that the amount of sugar should be four times the amount of coconut oil, then add a little ground cinnamon, and mix the ingredients well until we get a brown mixture. Massage the wet body with it in a circular motion, then leave the scrub on the body for five minutes, then wash it with lukewarm water.

Olive oil scrub

In a bowl, put half a cup of sugar with a quarter cup of olive oil, and stir them well together, then add a quarter cup of lemon juice, and mix them until the wonderful scrap mixture is formed. We moisturize the body first, then we take a quantity of the scrub mixture and rub the whole body in a circular motion. We leave it on the body for a quarter of an hour, then wash it with lukewarm water, and after that we touch the body with cold rose water so that the pores of the face return to normal.

Ground lupine scrap

We mix the ground thermos with an appropriate amount of rose water, then apply it to the body from bottom to top with good scrubs in a circular motion, then wash the body with lukewarm water and dry it.
