  • Choosing clothes well, as it is preferable to wear long-sleeved, loose-fitting clothes, with light colors that protect from harmful sun rays and preserve the skin and its moisture.
  • When sitting in the sun, it is preferable to take shelter with umbrellas, hats or eye glasses, as they block the sun's rays from the face, hands and neck.
  • It is advised to use sunscreen, and choose a condom that suits the skin, as it creates a layer on the skin that protects it from the sun's rays, and it is preferable to choose a condom that has a high protection ratio of more than 70, and it is not recommended to use condoms made as a spray because they do not cover the entire skin.
  • Use cosmetics that contain a large percentage of sunscreen.
  • Take antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E, which increase skin protection and reverse the harmful rays of the sun.

To use a condom properly, do the following:

  • Choose a sunscreen that suits your skin type, whether it is dry or oily.
  • The percentage of protection in the condom must exceed seventy.
  • The condom must be applied half an hour before leaving the house, and make sure that it covers all the face with the same thickness, as it is preferably 1 mm thick.
  • A UV shield is recommended, such as: ' Uva' , Uvb.
  • Applying the condom approximately every two hours to give better protection.

  • Burns caused by the ultraviolet rays of the sun, where the skin color changes to red with sharp pain and irritation, and the burns may be superficial, that is, affecting the outer skin, and they last for a few days, and sometimes the burns are deep, that is, they reach the inner layer of the skin.
  • The appearance of wrinkles and lines on the face, as excessive exposure to sunlight damages the collagen fibers that give the skin its elasticity, which leads to wrinkling and sagging of the skin.
  • Skin discoloration, the color of the skin may change as a result of swimming in summer days and in the sun.
  • Freckles, freckles, brown spots.
