  • Ingredients: Half a cup of lemon juice , a tablespoon of rose water, 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, and one cup of water. [6]
  • Method of preparation and use: The ingredients are mixed with each other well, then an amount of the mixture is placed on a piece of cloth, placed on the knees, and left for two hours, and the piece of cloth can be wet whenever it dries, after that the piece is removed from the knees and washed well and dried and put the moisturizer on them This mixture is repeated daily for a week to obtain the desired results.


Lemon and olive oil

This mixture helps to lighten the knees and prevent dryness, due to the presence of sugar and salt, while the lemon works to whiten the skin and lighten it, and olive oil makes it smoother and whiter. [6]

  • Ingredients: Half a spoonful of sugar, half a tablespoon of coarse salt, half a lemon, and a spoonful of olive oil.

  • Ingredients: equal quantities of turmeric, flour, and rose water.
