Diet to get rid of body fat

First day

  • Breakfast: two cups of water to be eaten on an empty stomach, two fruits, two slices of vegetables, or two boiled eggs, a cup of tea or coffee without sugar.
  • Lunch: boiled or grilled chicken breast to taste, two pieces of vegetables, and two fruits as desired.
  • Dinner: a packet of nonfat yogurt or beans.


the second day

  • Breakfast: two cups of water and two hard-boiled eggs.
  • Lunch: a slice of grilled meat, two vegetables, two fruits.

the third day

  • Breakfast: two cups of water, two boiled eggs, two pieces of vegetables, two fruits, one cup of tea or coffee without sugar.

the fourth day

  • Breakfast: two cups of water, two boiled eggs, one fruit, two vegetables, one cup of tea or coffee without sugar.
  • Lunch: one breast of chicken, fish, or grilled meat, two slices of vegetables, and two heaps of fruit.
  • Dinner: a box of nonfat yogurt or beans.
Note: This program will be repeated for a month.


Permissible and prohibited in dieting

There are many foods that are allowed to be eaten during dieting, which cannot be modified without consulting a nutritionist, and this is not intended to take large amounts of them or mix them together, but rather to use them as an alternative to other foods, such as brown rice instead of white rice and milk. Skimmed, boiled eggs instead of fried, and you can also eat meat, boiled or grilled chicken breasts, fish, boiled potatoes, milk, low-fat or no-fat yogurt, chickpeas, beans, vegetables, salads, and fruits.
